Muy bueno

Pasamos dos noches en esta propiedad, la pasamos muy bien. El hotel está muy cómodo y aunque no tiene elevador, tiene mucho personalidad y está muy limpio y amplio. Sin duda regresaremos.

Beautiful room, lovely and clean with loads of space. Straight forward instructions to get there and get checked in and didn’t have to pay extra for parking. Only detractor was that the bed was a bit hard. Everything walkable from accommodation

Unmanned property with access codes for the building and the room sent on the day of arrival. High spec boutique style room. Great place if you don't need all the polava of booking into a hotel and their reception area stresses Close to the city centre but far enough away to be quiet Great shower in my room

We stayed in The Roodee suite and it was very spacious and convenient having the kitchen area and sitting room. It was clean and in good condition. We reserved a parking spot and it was handy being able to walk into town and have the parking at the hotel although if you have a large car, it can be tight! We didn’t have much contact with the staff but they were friendly when we saw them on the day we left but the instructions were very clear on how to access the property. The location is ideal as so close to the centre of town. The WiFi was a bit patchy which meant the TV didn’t always work properly but it didn’t affect our stay!

The room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very friendly when on site. The hotel was in a quiet location but only 5 minute walk from the town centre. The digital code pad for the room was incorporated into the door handle which might not be suitable for anyone with low vision.

Lovely room. Welcoming staff member. Help given with finding the parking (which is tight & you absolutely have to book in advance). Very handy for everything.

The location was perfect!! Right near the historic race track and city wall and a block or two from town center! Loved the ease of the keyless entry and the well appointed room and lobby...

Really lovely hotel and happy I booked it. Hotel looks better in person than pictures. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. We had the apartment so it had a kitchen which made it easy for us. Tracey was also lovely and answered my questions fast before coming and was very kind when I got there. Will defo book the seven when I come back to Chester again!
