Excellent location and very responsive staff. Reasonable accommodation for a reasonable price. The availability of a fridge and microwave in the room make it an excellent option.

I've stayed at this hotel before, but it was a while ago. it's not top draw, but you're not paying top draw prices, it's clean, and extremely convenient for Beverley town centre, right by the Minster.

Ideal accommodation for me - I just need a bed, shower and toilet + WiFi Easy access instructions from Harry who provides a local parking permit Very short walk to the centre of Beverley and next door to the Minster Thanks Harry

I have no sense of smell but the missus said it stunk of ciggarette smoke. The facilities were good espevially a fridge and microwave we both had bedside tables with nightlights wehad a great sleep bed and pillows wete very comfortable the wife would prefer white sheets not dark blue. We had the wi dows open and the skund of the. Minster bells was lovely not to loud to wake us upparking in the nearby streets with the resident pass was easy. This is a cheap and cheerful hotel. I go away to do things not to sit in hotels this was perfect for me ladies would like more luxury maybe a womans touch i got evetything i wanted snd needed. Beverly lovely ave worth a visit friday night bank on in the nearby sun inn{queen} night food a d oubs in centre 10 minute walk.

No problem parking and a permit issued, all done electronic but all went smoothly. Room coulddo with so.e tlc but it is a budget inn. Would definitely stay there again

The place was perfect location for what I needed for one night. The shower could have been better as the shower head was not working as well as it should. So had to dance round to get some water. Busy road outside with the minster bells going meant it could be noisy. I would recommend if your looking for a short stay only 😀

Please avoid at all costs! Upon arrival into the room a strong smell of urine hit me, was hairs all over the pillow cases and main duvet. Dead flies all around the window ledge and dirt/grease engrained on all areas Curtains that wouldn't close and covered in mould. Budget by name but doesn’t mean the place can be so dirty and not fit for purpose Please look at attached photos as photographic evidence of the sheer neglect. I had to check into another establishment because of the issues and finding somewhere at short notice on a Saturday made the whole trip very stressful and not the outcome I expected from the advertising images I had looked at on booking

The budget inn is just that. A bed and bathroom at a very reasonable price. I got the room with a dou ke and 2 x singles and an en suite bathroom. Paid 70 for 1 nigjt and I cant grumble. If you are visiting on a budget or just looking to crash for the nigjt. I would recommend this inn.

I get that it’s a budget stay. But it doesn’t mean that it should be so dirty. Room smelt of urine. Mould on the toilet. Couldn’t have a cuppa as the kettle was scaled.

Im basing my review on the fact I knew what I was getting and its a 2 star rating. The money I paid as opposed to the other hotels will obviously mean its dated and not luxury etc. The instructions were clear and helpful so no access issues. Parking no issues. Four poster bed in the room which I slept well on, pillows were a bit lumpy. Fridge and kettle which is great. Loved the sunken bath, what a treat to enjoy a bubble bath and there is a separate shower. It was clean and tidy and perfect for an affordable stay in Beverley and I will be returning

A last minute booking with self check in, which went smoothly and included a parking permit. While the property is listed as, and is definitely a budget Inn, I don’t think budget should mean unkempt and unclean. While there are definitely positives including the parking, price and proximity to the centre of Beverley, the bed wasn’t terrible , the linens were clean and the pillows were not flat, a fridge, a microwave (although we didn’t use) are still a nice addition to a budget property…..there are definitely negatives….cobwebs, both around the windows and in the bathroom, dust covered settee, cigarette smoke smells, musty smell, which did subside slightly once we opened the only little windows, shabby entrance with really dirty paintwork which followed through into our room. The whole place just felt like it was in need of a deep clean…The unfortunate fact is that the negatives could be so easily remedied with a little attention, small cosmetic adjustments and a bit of pride this property truly could be a little gem…. I hope the host takes this on board as we would definitely be regular returning visitors, as I’m sure the other reviewers would be…. As cleanliness seems to feature heavily in the negative comments
