Communication could use improvement. We could not figure out how to get inside the door that required a key fobe, but we got the email of how to after check in. WeHost said email or text, but they don't reply when you need them to. The person that handed over the key doesn't speak English so we couldnt figure out how to get to the room. We had to ask the residents that live there. The place is new and clean. Great location to everything. However, there were no washclothes to bathe. I had to go buy some. No kitchen towel either to wash/dry with. The dishes were very dirty. Would we rent again, yes, but bring your own towels and such. :/
