Perfect spot with parking for stay in Split.
Location is perfect with available parking at extra costs. Split Old town is just steps away. I would recommend this place over other places in center of old town due to convenience of moving luggage and be able to take car near the hotel entrance. Breakfast and 24/7 coffee/water counters were good addition.

Spacious, clean and very modern room. Good quality linen and comfortable bed. Everything, both in the room and in the common areas, is very nice as it looks to have been recently built. Water and coffee is made available to guests free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. We were told the hotel is still building its on-site kitchen, so breakfast is at a "sister" hotel, which is a 3min walk away. The breakfast is very good, especially considering the garden area where you can sit. The only grasp we had with the hotel was the parking situation. If you are coming with a car, make sure to call ahead of time and tell them you need a spot (there is a surcharge of about €15-20 per night). Getting to the parking area is another challenge as you will need to drive through some extremely narrow streets, including a section that is marked as "pedestrian only". Overall one of our best stays during our visit to Croatia. Excellent location and value. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great - clean, very convenient to the Split old town. But, they need to provide better directions to parking and the location of the hotel. Just saying the parking is next the the Illusion Museum isn’t very helpful, and the streets are narrow! But definitely worth staying there once we got the car parked up!

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel in einem schönen, alten Steinhaus, das erst kürzlich renoviert wurde. Etwas schwer zu finden, eine Beschilderung wäre hilfreich. Gute Lage! Wir hatten zu viert ein sehr großes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und zwei WCs. Das Frühstück ist im dazugehörigen Hotel Azur Palace (eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt) und ist in Ordnung (nichts besonderes, aber gut und ausreichend)

The staff was a bit rude. The front are smelled of smoke with a no smoking sign posted. It was very difficult to find and the immediate surrounding area was gross. Dirty, graffiti, and early Friday morning as we were walking to our car there were drunk kids in the alley and vomit on the walkway out of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here! The one thing I’d say is there wasn’t access to water at night. There were just a few jugs of water in the fridge but most people took them to their room or used them by the time we got back to the hotel. Breakfast was also at another location, although it was very close by.
