The excellent manager thinks that Expedia sends the email, but Expedia does not. As he does not reside on the premises, he needs to know in advance the arrival time of guests so that he can be there. Fortunately, he was able to locate me on What'sApp and ask me for the information. EXPEDIA NEEDS TO FIX THIS.
