Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

Minha experiência no Rede Andrade Hotel Mirante foi razoável, com pontos positivos e outros que precisam de melhoria. A localização é excelente, facilitando muito o acesso aos principais pontos da cidade, sendo um grande diferencial do hotel. Por outro lado, alguns aspectos deixaram a desejar. O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando corretamente, comprometendo o conforto durante a estadia. A água do chuveiro, na maior parte do tempo, ficava entre gelada e morna, não esquentando adequadamente. A televisão possui poucos canais disponíveis. Além disso, notei que alguns pisos do corredor estavam se soltando, e o banheiro apresenta pouca ventilação. No geral, é um hotel bem localizado, porém precisa melhorar na manutenção e na qualidade dos serviços oferecidos para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável aos hóspedes.

Reservamos o Hotel mirante andrade, MASSSS quando chegamos para fazer o check-in o moço na recepção informou que nossos quartos tinham sofrido uma infiltração (leia-se overbooking) e nos informou que sabendo disso tinham separado 2 quartos para nós em um dos hoteis da Rede Andrade. Este tal outro hotel ficava a 15 minutos de distancia de carro do local em que tínhamos reservado, era um hotel próximo de uma rodovia, com zero isolamento acústico tanto do quarto para com os corredores, quando do quarto para com o ambiente externo / rua. Era possível se ouvir TUDO! Se deixavam cair a chave no corredor - ouvíamos, cada moto e cada caminhão - ouviámos. Um dos quartos apresentava um MOFO horrivel, com cheiro insuportável, minha sogra tentou usar o telefone do quarto para falar com a recepção e o mesmo não funcionava. Ela ficou MUITO BRAVA e disse que foi a pior experiência de vida dela. No meu quarto das 3 tolhas de banho, 2 apresentavam manchas de sangue. A toalha de rosto fornecida tinha manchas de sangue. Amenities: 4 mini sabonetes, zero xampu, zero condicionador. Não tem secador de cabelo. O chuveiro não possui agua quente no período da manhã. Apenas de noite, talvez por conta do aquecedor. O ar condicionado refresca nos primeiros 30 minutos, depois ele desativa e fica apenas ventilando. Em resumo, não voltaremos e alertaremos nossos conhecidos sobre essa prática nada justa de OVERBOOKING apresentada por esse hotel e provavelmente uma prática comum na região.

cheguei com antecedência para o check-in, esperei ate entregarem minha chave, e o quarto estava imundo, me encaminharam a outro quarto que estava sujo e com comida no armário e com pertences de outro cliente, e os lençóis sujos, o elevador vivia com defeito. O café da manhã tinha poucas opções mas tudo bem, e o ar condicionado estava pingando (vazando) inclusive eu pedi para trocar o chuveiro pois o chuveiro estava parecendo cachoeira não estava saindo no devido lugar certo dos crivos e ninguém trocou! Só gostei a única mulher atenciosa da recepção não perguntei o nome dela mas ela foi muito gentil e paciente com a gente na entrada do CHECK-IN e eu quis agradecer no CHECK-OUT porém ela não estava nesse dia, infelizmente dou nota zero do chuveiro porque estava um absurdo saindo uma cachoeira horrendo! Pedi 4X para trocar e não trocaram...

O banheiro estava com infiltração e gotejava o tempo todo. Principalmente em cima da privada e próximo a pia. Eu reclamei, mas não fizeram nada e nem trocaram o quarto. As toalhas tinham um cheiro ruim. O café da manhã estava muito bom e a equipe de atendimento era ok.
