Front end staff was friendly and helpful. The room seemed to be recently renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure. Quick drive to Fernie ski resort and the old downtown area for access to restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was you could hear people walking around in the rooms above.

This was my second stay at Snow Valley lodging and both times everything has been excellent. The rooms are quiet, in excellent condition, and very clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed our two nights at Snow Valley Lodging. We travelled with our dog and were pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome we received and all the little treats and touches to make our stay so comfortable and friendly. Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable and quiet (albeit a bit cozy), and sitting out on the sunny front porch with a drink at the end of the day was so relaxing. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

If you are travelling with a pet this is a must stay. There was a bed, water dish, treats and a complementary gift bag for our Fur Baby. Enjoyed the private hot tub, and all the amenities that are close by. Will definitely be back.
