A superb hotel. Nice pool, a private beach, clean spacious rooms, fantastic service, very good food at the restaurant, and a nice gym. The staff are so lovely and took great attention to detail - Azhar and Ashwin thank you for the cleaning wnd beautiful room decorations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and I can only give them 3 star. Upon check in date, not enough staff at all, WiFi code need to wait over 15 minutes, beach towel wait for 25 minutes, swimming pool water not very clear, hotel is a bit old and need to remodel to keep it as a 5 star. Lucky that book it in promotion rate otherwise not worth at all. Air conditioner is noisy. The room floor is so dirty as I need to wear slipper all the times otherwise my feet will get dirt. Pool area didn’t maintain good for the table and sunbath cushion. I really can’t believe that how it rate for 5 star hotel?
