1st Room: TV broken; 2nd Room: AC broken; 3rd Room: No soap to wash hands, no shower gel, no conditioner, shower door slides completely open during shower, spider webs & bugs behind door. Notified manager Heidi next morning. Heidi assured me that head of hospitality would take care of issues & Heidi says she would comp points. After room was cleaned, the spider web & bugs remained, as did the overflowing trash, and there was still no soap at the sink. The trash was emptied the next day & soap was placed at sink. A large roach was near the AC & remained there even after the room was cleaned. At check out, the spider web, bugs, & roach were still there. The night clerk was clueless, nice but clueless. Ice machine was broken on 4th floor. The maintenance guy had quit. All questions answered by night clerk was "I don't know". I have not received any points as promised by Heidi.
