We had no TV service for 1 1/2 days, when we call to report the issue the guy was so rude, then we called back a few hrs later to ask for a update the front fest guy said it’s a satellite issue what do you want me to do about it, said I was just checking. We called the next day was to be patient we are working on it, with that we packed up and checked out , was tired of the men at the front desk being so rude, the gal at the desk with the orange hair was so sweet and did everything to get us to stay, you need more employees like her.
