Bazı aksilikler olsa da çalışanların ilgisi, sorun çözme odaklı yaklaşımları tolere edilebilir kıldı. Bir gecelik konaklamada sesiz, sakin bir deneyim yaşadık. Forum AVM'ye ( araçla 5dk kadar)yakın konumu çocuklu aileler için tercih edilebilir. Zevkler, renkler her zaman görecelidir. Umarım bu otelden herkes mutlu ayrılır... Teşekkürler...

Resepsiyonda olan Ömer bey haricinde herşey kötüydü, Ömer bey bize çok yardımcı oldu kendisine çok teşekkür ederim elinden geleni yaptı ama otel için aynı şeyleri söylemek mümkün değil

I had a terrific stay at Marbay Cave. The friendly staff offered me a free room upgrade because they had some vacancy, and the room was lovely. They allowed me to extend my stay at a discounted price. Breakfast offerings included a great selection of olives and cheeses with freshly squeezed juice. Located in a peaceful area with an amazing staff, I can recommend this place highly.

Gamez, Ahmet, Solmaz, Enes all four made our stay really comfortable. Guidance information about tourist spots were excellent. The hotel location and cleanliness made our stay relaxed. We had great turkish breakfast which was generously served by Solmaz.

zeer nare riool lucht vlakbij de kamer. parkeren was een drama. Ondanks dat er vip acces stond bij hotel en ondanks dat er een kamer beschikbaar was wilden ze deze tegen een extra vergoeding pas geven. Heb het toch maar niet gedaan. Er was ook veel lawaai je hoorde andere mensen gewoon luid en duidelijk in de kamer. Heel slecht geslapen afzuiger maakte ook een behoorlijke nare irritante geluid.

One of the most unique and special parts of this experience is the opportunity to stay in a beautiful cave-style setting, which makes it even more memorable and authentic. It’s an absolute must if you’re looking for something different and magical. The hotel is also incredibly convenient, especially if you have a rental car, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas with comfort and flexibility. Everything is perfectly taken care of here—from the delicious food, also a bar in it and the amazing breakfast service. Gerçekten harika

İzmire geçerken konaklamamızı burda yaptık. Çok güzel bir otel. Hem peribacalarını gördük hem de güzel bir yerde kaldık. Otel çok güzeldi her bakımdan yeterliydi. Çalışanların hoşgörülü ve güler yüzlü olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Umarım enerjiniz ve ilginiz hep böyle kalır. Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle teşekkürler

Otel tercihi

Bir günlük tatil için tercih ettik. Yeni bir otel hatta bir kısmı yapılmaya devam ediyor biraz gürültü oldu fakat problem edecek kadar değildi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Oda fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi ve temizdi. Kahvaltı harikaydı. Bahçedeki köpek ve resepsiyondaki kedi çok tatlıydı❤️

町から遠すぎる

ホテルの部屋は快適。ベッドフカフカ。清潔でよい。シャワーが使いづらいこと以外は快適でした。朝6時から犬（室内犬）が吠えまくっててびっくりした。音への意識が低いように思った。 朝ご飯はパンやチーズの種類が豊富でよかったです。 問題は環境。このホテルの周り何もないです。旅行も車で来れる人向けですので、外国人にとってはギョレメのホテルに泊まったほうがいいデス。何もなくて不便でした。ネブシェヒルの町までは30分ほどで歩けますし（とてもきつい坂があります）、ミニバスも出ていますし、町の物価はギョレメと異なりリーズナブルですが、だったらネブシェヒルの街に泊まるべきであり、ナー村に泊まる必要はない。場所的にはおすすめできません。

Marbay cave hotel is an exceptional hotel. It was a wow as in wow hotel that we been to with my family. The hotel is very beautiful inside and out. From the reception it looks gorgeous already and to our entrance of our room has a mini garden. The hotel interior is extremely good. In terms of the hotel details like the wall stone, ceiling, lighting in the hotel like light in the any of the museum, it has a lot of lights, it has rusty/wood touch with a modern cave vibes with A.C, with remote control curtains.Our room has a sauna/jacuzzi. The hotel is like a loft style with 1 bed on the upper ans 1 bed room with 2 beds. The breakfast was good. The staff are nice and accommodating especially Ayser the one in the reception she is very helpful and accommodating. They have balcon/terrace/rooftop & restaurants. But nothing much there to see. Only an abandoned cave just behind the hotel but consider to be picturesque. But it was beautiful somehow and quite place where you cqn really relax ans enjoy your time by just looking the view. The place has no shops nearby. The center takes 5-10mine drives. The place good for family to stay and having a car would be great but taxi is always available anytime. We stayed here only 2 days and 1N. Just enough to experience our stay in this lux cave hotel. The bathroom has a malfunction in the glass door but manageable. When you closed the front door of the toilet has noise but it was fine its not really a big deal. But it would be better to fix.
