No fue posible hacer uso de las instalaciones ya que el Hotel lleva tiempo cerrado. Esto me causó muchos inconvenientes ya que tarde mucho en encontrar un nuevo Hotel para alojarme esos días y al doble del costo, mal Expedia.

Hotel was very good, room we had was clean and spacious. Staff in the hotel were very nice, stayed in the background mostly but were friendly and helpful when approached. Breakfast was very good, available right up to 11am and had a good choice each day. Hotel is in a nice area near the Castle, so in a hilly part of the city but it's possible to get the tram to Poholerec and walk downhill to the hotel. Our room was at the front of the hotel and some noise from the road below first thing in the morning but didn't last long and wasn't a big issue for us. Housekeeping staff also very good. Thanks to all at the hotel, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Minikylen fungerade inte, tyvärr inte hissen heller och även kaffemaskinen på frukosten var trasig en morgon. I övrigt hjälpsam personal, bra information inför det bokade boendet. Bra läge men hotellet ligger ganska högt upp på en höjd vilket man bör vara beredd på.

Awesome breakfast A little different with the keys than most hotels you have a real key and only one which made it hard to separate the group but you can leave at desk for others in your party Shower was teeny-tiny and not a lot of outlets However it was economical, breakfast was so good every day. Place was in a great location had a cool vibe great staff and I would definitely stay there again

The location is the main selling point, followed closely by the beautiful decor. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and there was a great variety of breakfast options. I would have stayed longer if I could, and I’ll definitely be back as soon as possible.

We absolutely loved our stay at The King Charles Hotel! The hotel itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the rooms were lovely. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. However, there was one very disappointing experience that unfortunately left a bad impression at the end of our stay. The taxi driver arranged by the hotel for our airport transfer was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he charge us twice the price shown on Uber for the same journey, but his attitude towards us was also very unpleasant. We felt that we had been taken advantage of. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s hospitality, but we believe the hotel should be more careful about the taxi services it recommends to its guests, as such experiences can negatively affect an otherwise wonderful stay.

조용하고 체코의 분위기를 제대로 느낄수 있어 넘 좋았다. 특히 수도원과 프라하성을 산책하듯이 다녀올 수 있어 구시가지를 안방 거닐듯이 다녀본 느낌은 평생 잊못할 기억이 될듯하다. 약간 오르막에 있어 택시 이동이 아니면 캐리어 바퀴가 힘들어할것이지만 그마저도 상쇄시키는 분위기와 조식 모두 만족스러웠다.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was adorable, with exposed beams and stained glass. The only complaint would be the small shower, but the staff and the overall experience made up for this. The hotel is located perfectly, quiet and peaceful. I do wish we would have gotten the breakfast as it looked gorgeous. Maybe it was worth the 20 euro each? I would recommend this place to all my friends.
