Access to the water and the kayaks was great! It was a calm spot for a paddle. Something happened with the life jackets, but some other guests loaned us theirs which was generous. The food options nearby were excellent.

My kids and I stayed in Cabin 3 a few nights ago, and we had a great stay. It may not be the fanciest place, but it had everything we needed. Having several beds, a kitchen, and being just a short walk across the street from the water made it a wonderful spot for our family. We especially enjoyed the deck and hot tub, and it was a bonus to be within walking distance of Alderbrook, where we had a delicious lunch. One thing to be aware of is the early check-in policy. If you're planning to arrive before the scheduled check-in time, there is a $20-per-hour fee for each hour of early arrival. As long as you plan accordingly, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We booked the robinhood suite as a last second getaway. we could not be more pleased with everything. the suite and backyard/grounds were one of a kind. the hot tub was hot and clean. the complimentary kayaks were a great touch. the bar and grill across the street had live music and was a great time. highly recommend 2 margaritas a mile or so down the road for great mexican food and drinks with great outdoor seating. We will be back!!!

Housekeeping did not replenish used towels , replace cream used for coffee, make or straighten bed. We used two coffee cups and they did not wash them. We arrived at cabin at 11:17 pm July 3 after watching fireworks down the canal. Upon our arrival there were 11 people in front of our cabin sitting on the steps and blocking our parking place. It was obvious that some or all had been drinking. We were told before our stay that noise after 10:00 would not be tolerated. There were no employees of Robin Hood Resort that were enforcing this policy.

The cabin we stayed in is basically a tiny home and it is quite uneven, the furnishings are extremely warn and nope in taking the cover off the water was so cloudy we passed. No host on sight either. The greatest thing about this place is the location and history now, i needs the care it deserves.

Idyllic stay in Washington

A beautiful town, with lovely lake and Olympic Mountains view. Super friendly people everywhere, so quiet and peaceful. Cabin was adorable, exceptionally clean, with everything one needs. The private hot tub and seating areas at the cabin, complete with lovely ambiance lights, was so fabulous.

The Robinhood Village Resort was a sweet find for us, when exploring a last minute option. It was fun staying in one of the original little 90 yr old cabins. Nice wooded setting with a creek & walking path located across the road from the Sound & their kayak use area. It was quiet there on a Monday night. And having a private hottub was very relaxing remedy after a long driving day. I like the more remote location in Union.
