Brilliant little apartment, perfect for us and our pooch and close to everything. Would definitely book again! Only issue was when trying to use the coffee machine we couldn’t get it to work for us, but possibly user error there!

This was the PERFECT location and setup for us as a family of four with two kids (young enough to sleep together on a pull out couch). It was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We could have used a fan a few times since we were there during a heat wave, but that was the only issue!

The location of this property is amazing! The back drop of the castle was fantastic. There was surprisingly a lot of space in the studio apartment. Extremely comfortable and an aspect of the garden to look out of over meal times. There was some issues with the maintenance of the property that the owner was quick to get back to us on. The tv was not a smart up to date tv so we were unable to watch our shows. Note; Bring your own fire stick!

this place is located in such a convenient spot that’s close to the castle and surrounding shops! it’s an easy, walkable area, and it will definitely make you work out your legs lol! however, my friend and i really enjoyed the place and our stay! communication between me and the people who ran the place was smooth, 10/10!

The property was in a fantastic location to explore the city. The apartment was large with ample room for our family if 4. Good shower with complimentary toiletries. The kitchen area also had everything to get us started (a few more glasses would have helped). We were very pleased with the accommodation and having somewhere to store our bags before and after was also very welcomed. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Amazing spot right near the castle. We loved everything about this apartment. The only downside was doing a load of washing as the washer dryer goes for about 5 hours so we had to take wet clothes to our next destination. I’d suggest to the owner buying a dryer on its own. This was an amazing find! Not only was this apartment very comfortable and roomy, but location was excellent. The owners were 5 star. We landed and got in early from a red eye flight and they were able to accommodate us for an early check in. We had some trouble with the hot water at one point due to some tinkering that a previous guest had done. I messaged the owner and they responded and came to to fix the issue very quickly. It was not their fault, but they still gave us some money off our bill for the inconvenience! The apartment was clean and felt very safe. Parking is expensive, but very close to the apartments. If you want the convenience of being in walking distance to the Royal Mile without all the hustle and bustle this place is great. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this apartment style hotel. We only spent one night at the end of our trip and I wish we had booked this for the start of our trip when we spent 3 nights in Edinburgh. The apartment was perfect. Great location, comfortable, clean and well decorated.
