We came to town for a memorial service. Checked in. The instructions for entering the building and parking could stand a re-write. Also, if you have mid-size to large vehicle, it will be very difficult to get into the parking.
TV did not work, no input connecting it to content. The 24/7 "help" is simply AI that registers your issue. The response I got was "If you turn the tv on it should work automatically" but that was not the end. The toilet needed to be plunged after every use, even if it was just liquid. The shower curtain was only about 24 inches wide and did not cover the full length of the shower, so water went everywhere. Also the tub did not drain. 5 minute shower left me standing in 6" of water. A facilities person came and tried to fix the toilet. It worked once and we were back to plunging after each flush. Nothing was ever resolved about the TV. If we were not tied up with a funeral we would have left. No response from Kasa when I mentioned to the 24/7 support that I expected some sort of refund for this stay. Great location, nice apartment, horrible handling of a bad situation. This unit should NOT be offered for use until they get bathroom drain fixed, toilet fixed and an actual shower curtain installed. And of course, the TV needs to work since it is advertised there is one.
