This hotel is not open! When I arrived the doors were locked and a construction crew told me it would not be open for a month. I contacted Expedia to get a refund, as I booked from them, and their response was that Hampton will not refund me. This is outrageous and I will be pursuing further avenues for reimbursement. They took my money for zero service/product. Unbelievably poor customer care.
