The motels location was perfect for exploring the Dunes. However, this is elevated camping with wifi, coffee, TV and small bit acceptable private baths. If this is what you are looking for, you will love it.

This place is super cute! The room is a bit small but the bed was so comfy that it completely made up for it. It was conveniently located to everything you plan on doing in the area. The check in is contactless, but the girl I was in contact with was very responsive. I would highly recommend & they are pet friendly!

Super convenient location for visiting sleeping Bear dunes. Staff was very nice and friendly. We were able to enjoy the fire pits in the backyard. Rooms are very clean.

This is a cute motel at the bottom of the dune climb. I've stayed here many times and will come back every summer. The beds are comfy. The room decor is cute. The staff is very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is the well water smell in the shower. But it does not stop me from staying here. I have stayed in most of the other motels in the area and this is my favorite one!

This motel was well maintained and clean, appliances were new, the bed had a foam mattress. It was still rustic, though. There were a couple of spiders outside our door in the morning. Acorns (I think) hit the roof overnight, making a pretty loud noise. Someone came in late, and had aloud conversation at 10pm. They did go inside around 10:45, thankfully. There is a community center with a kitchen and some basic food.

It was a nice room but expensive for what we got. The room needed a bit of tlc, the plumbing for example was a little hit or miss. The community room was nice but the coffee maker wasn’t clean. We didn’t know about the community room until we arrived. The location was very good.
