Completely misled my good online reviews; Much below par; Not recommending this hotel to anyone and I will never come back myself for my future trips.
- Garbage bin was not empty when first checking into the room
- Very problematic cleanliness of the washroom (poo stain on toilet, lots of old/visible water stains on wall, 'no shower curtain' leave the floor wet/messy after shower, noisy vent runs 10+ more minutes after turning off the light)
- No cardkey....old metal key system caused lots of inconvenience; key is attached to very heavy, un-portable (1kg-ish) keychain, which automatically led to key drop-off when going-out and re-claim when coming back at the front desk. >>>However, receptionist went for break without early notice and did NOT come back on the scheduled time so my friend had to wait for 30 mins at the front desk with several other guests not knowing when the receptionish would come back.
- The 'real bad' comes when requested taxi reservation. Reservation was made 30 mins earlier than my requested time by the hotel's mistake and I had to pay for the driver's 30 mins of wait time. I (gently) asked for some clarification, but the hotel's initial response was very irresponsible as they tried to put it as MY mistake. Expressing my frustration to their rude reaction, they quickly changed to 'apologizing attitude', but still has NOT provided clear answer about my compensation inquiry (not request)...
