The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that it was front beach and there were rental cars outside the hotel. They had a local taxi who h made us feel safe. Downside is that it is outdated and old rooms and no closet space. But perfect for an affordable front beach hotel.

Cocoplum was like a sitcom parody version of a beach hotel. Had a blast at times, at times were confused at how everyone elses experiences in their rooms were so different from one another. By in large we really enjoyed, but mostly because of the quirks. Beautiful beach spot, Pablo the main bartender is the man. Great stay!

Great location with a true beach, away from crowded downtown area. I wish they had umbrellas or some type of movable shade, since there is less palm trees or cover. Food was great, just needs a bit more variety. Staff was friendly and so easy to go out and see the island.

There’s a unique layout to the property that will entice travelers, but that’s all they’re selling. There are stray dogs that freely roam the property, cleaning that hasn’t been done in ages, and there was potent smell of urinal cake in our room, along with black spots on our pillows. We left after night 1/3 for a cleaner location.

The only highlight of the property is that is has its own private beach. The rooms are old and poor conditions, no wifi connection available; our reservation was for 3 days but we left after the 1st night and looked for other option within the island. Luckily we found something more accommodating and better price. Cocoplum did not return our money for the 2 days we did not stay.

We have stayed at this property in the past and really liked it but this time we found the hotel to be quite rundown and things needed to be fixed. We have always loved the beach here but this time it was awful with lots of seaweed that wasn't being cleaned up, which in turn left a horrible smell like sewage. I did not swim once in the water because the smell was awful! Although the staff are amazing and food is very good I have to say the hotel itself needs major improvements and updating.

Horrível!!! Cama e quartos SUJOS.. nos deram um quarto de fundos, e com o hotel em OBRA< sem qualquer aviso, a frente do quarto com mesa e cadeiras completamente cobertas de poeira, sujeira, Banheiro com teto de plástico que pingava "ägua" _ roupa de cama suja, antiga, muito surrada, a cama idem... pedimos para trocar o quarto por conta da obra, e eles para indignação pediram que saíssemos do quarto ás 13 e que o "novo" seria somente ás 15hs, me recusei pois não perderia tempo com criança pequena fazendo mala para deixar na Recepção.. isso tudo com ordens dadas pela "chefe", resumo nos deram um outro quarto apenas ao lado do mesmo, como 4 quartos ao lado, que dava no mesmo barulho, e condições péssimas, ralos destampados no banheiro e enorme quantidade de caranguejos circulando pelo caminho... não recomendo! a praia é bonita, mas o serviço e opções de comida deles deixam a desejar, .. este mar tinha medusas, e minha filha foi queimada por uma, um acidente, mas é isso que tivemos de experiência

Överlag bra. Däremot lite smutsigt i badrummet, men det är det nog på de flesta hotellen på San Andrés. Långt från europeisk standard. Bra AC. Väldigt lyhört dock, lät som att de i korridoren stod i vårt rum och pratade. Även lyhört ut genom fönstret, man hörde alla ljud från gatan.

Hotel pé na areia, sua localização é um ponto alto para quem busca uma experiência de tranquilidade em frente ao mar do caribe. O quarto que fiquei era bem confortável, a torneira da pia sai pouca agua, mas a ducha era quente e muito boa. Alguns funcionários não se esforçam para ser muito simpáticos, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Café da manhã de frente para o mar. Cadeiras de praia são bem confortáveis com serviço com boa comida e bons drinks.

Cenário bonito, mas...
O serviço é ruim, como em toda a ilha. O restaurante é péssimo. Comemos 2 vezes e nas duas foi hma experiência ainda pior que o restante da ilha (que também não tem lá grandes restaurantes). O colchão do quarto era bem desconfortável, agua com vazão limitada (já sabíamos das restrições de água na ilha), mas a limpeza deixava muito a desejar. Não nos arrependemos porque nada é muito melhor em termos de hospedagem, pelo que pesquisamos. O cenário é maravilhoso e os passeios são excelentes.
