The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance.
The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental specifically for the view that was displayed, but that view is only available from a different rental.
There is a large bell tower less than one hundred meters from the rental. The bell chimes every quarter hour, even at night.
The door to the bathroom is very difficult to open. Our youngest child almost got stuck inside.
There is almost no information presented about the property. I had to text the assistant to find out where the laundry is (outside, down an alley), where to park (which is paid), where the sauna is (which is in a different rental down the alley). A simple info sheet would easily solve this.
This is a cool house and very well renovated, but we will not be returning.
