Beautiful apartment, location is not in the touristy area, which we loved but still on the grand canal. We could open our windows and see all the boats. Clean, comfortable and staff were wonderful

This hotel was beautiful! We booked the room with the rooftop view and it was absolutely worth it! The location is great and it was easy to hop on the water transportation from the hotel!

This stay was beyond expectations. The finishings were superb. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was really nice lots of room to move around. The extra little touch of having drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table were an unexpected delight. The accommodations were quiet and close to everything. Host was very helpful in providing information to get around. A definite must stay.

Amazing location on the canal in Venice. There is a wonderful boat that will take you one stop to the train station -which is great if you have big bags. The kitchen is wonderful and the terrace was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The building is super secure and in a wonderful location for everything in Venice. We highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Superb accom right next to the train station and easy walking distance to all sights .. water bus right outside.... lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Very clean apt very thoughtful to leave us free beer and snacks and water and juice and the kids were in the penthouse duplex and they had Nutella and jam ! Beds comfortable, air con quiet and very efficient, shower very good and spotless , entry and exit door codes very simple .. all in all an excellent property and would highly recommend.

This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in where drinks and food were provided free of charge in the refrigerator and on the table.

Our stay was great. Room was very nice. Vaporetto stops right outside the front door. Easy walk to the busiest places in Venice but not too close.

A beautiful Venetian house converted into high-end apartments, a short walk from the train station and well-located to access everything Venice has to offer. It feels like the best of two worlds, with the ease of a hotel reception, with help always on hand, but stand-alone apartments with your own kitchen and amenities. The apartment was a good size, had its own little terrace overlooking a waterway, clean, comfortable and relatively luxurious. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

A absolutely ‘first class’ stay at the Palazzina Riva. Immaculately beautiful accommodation with great attention to detail. Fantastic and friendly staff. The key codes on the main entrance and apartments felt extra safe. Very highly recommended Take the vaporetto line 1 from right outside the building which takes you the full length of the grand canal and shows all the sights. Highly recommend staying here, 10/10.

8/10 Muy bueno

This is the second hotel I stayed in Venice. I think the cleanliness and room size are above Venice standard. Location is excellent just at the water bus station and close to the train station. it’s so convenient and easy to go anywhere. Staff are very friendly. Everything are beyond my expectations , will stay again if visit Venice again.
