We had a great time and a little getaway for my husband and I. The hotel was in a quiet area on the interstate. It was clean when we walked in. The elevator was down though but the stairs weren't too bad going up. The hotel was 20 mins away from the casino too. We will definitely be back.

Bugs - but we were told that was normal for the area. When I mentioned my family lived in the area 2001-2021 and bugs inside isn't normal it was dismissed. Dirty towels, dirty washcloths, dirty toilet. Hair in the tub. Trash and hair on the floor so not vaccumed. The manager was polite, showed me another dirty room, and gave me an immediate refund.

Disgusting hotel that smells like disinfectant has sticky floors and dirty sheets. GROSS!!!

The night clerk tried very hard to be helpful but the toilet didn't flush well and ran all night but he was unable to get a maintenance person to resolve the issue that night. Likewise I had trouble using the remote control and when he came to my room he too had some difficulties with it. There was no body lotion in the bathroom, which would have been nice & the do not disturb sign kept falling off. Not the end of the world but coupled with everything else it contributed to a less than pleasant experience at the hotel.

This is one hotel I will never return to! The elevator was not working😬 I could hear the road noise from outside and even my neighboring rooms TV! The beds were so soft that if you rolled over you fell out of bed and the sheets were scratchy. The rug was not very clean either. The only thing that worked well was the A/C. This place is just not well kept!

The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. Bathroom was disgustingly! Beard shavings on top of our ice bucket and hairs on the floor. They also didn’t have any towels in our room. Took them 30 minutes to bring them to us. Oh! And toilet seat was loose so it was very unstable! So bad.
