The staff - when on was terrific, absolutely excellent. However, the hotel had two massive problems. First - the car park was full and cars were actually parked illegally on the driveway up to the car park, so we had to carry our heavy bags a long ways. Second, the mobile reception is terrible and the wifi wasn’t working properly and we needed reception to check in on the automated system. Hence, after 1AM, we spent 45 minutes trying to check in before we finally sorted it and the security guard was helping too. Then had to go find legal parking a 1/4 mile away which I needed to be back at before 8AM.
Shame as the room and bed is totally fine.
