While the room was very small and should have been cleaned before we got there. The location to the beach and where things were to do was excellent. We enjoyed the pool as well.And some of the amenities around the property.

This is as close to the beach as it gets! We had a great time and the room was exactly what we needed for 2 people. The space was clean and we had the beach right outside of our window.

Location- Location-Location- This Condo is in perfect proximity to the beach and other beaches which we also visited. The Room is perfect for a couple or a small family of 4. Useable Kitchen and sitting area and the A/C works very well . The washer and dryer is a floor down but works perfectly for $3.50 each. Trash room on every floor. You can walk to the restaurants located on the beach as well.

Our stay was great. Loved how close we wereto the beach. My daughter loved every minute of her birthday trip. Must try the lifeguard restaurant. At night make sure you have the fob to go in and out the building.

Room was surface clean but not deep cleaned bed was super hard and not comfortable pillows were small but not a deal breaker Not really ocean front more like ocean adjacent. U can see the ocean and beach but not a straight view No parking unless u pay or get lucky to get road side parking witch is rare Curtains did not block the light that’s on all night. Needs blackout curtains Staff was very helpful

Perfect location right at entrance to Playa Alambique. Safe property and location. Easy walk to restaurants and stores on Isla Verde strip. Room was clean and had the basic necessities. Beach chairs and cooler were helpful. Only surprise was paying an additional $35 non refundable fee security fee that I didn’t know about till after booking and had to do that through Truvi app separately. When I did reach out about a late check out- and/or potentially extending I got a response pretty quickly. The charge for a 2 hour later check out was $80 which felt a bit unreasonable when extending for another night was $120. Otherwise overall all decent stay if you don’t need hotel frills. Great place for easy beach and airport accessible area. Also it would be nicer if they allowed access to the parking. I’ve stayed in other units in this same building and all have provided access to parking spot- this unit did not. It does say that on the booking in advance though.

I stood at this location for 6 days on spring break with my family of 4. When I tell you, it was perfect for us, I mean that whole heartedly. We have family in Puerto Rico and are used to certain things like insects and low water pressure. This place was so clean. Absolutely no insects and the water was fine. Located right on the beach, I was so comfortable to take my two 9 year olds and chill out most days. The pool was on premises was great as well. My girls preferred it. The bathrooms by the pool were nice and clean as well. Located on isla verde, this was by popular restaurants, souvenir shops and viral popular places my girls were excited to go to. Check in was a breeze. Any questions I had were answered right away. We had absolutely no problems. I look forward to staying here again (soon).
