Overall the hotel was very nice. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The bell boy helped us take all our luggage to our room on arrival with trolley. Unfortunately the only problems we had was with the rudeness of the female staff that wears glasses. She is very rude and discourteous. When checking out the night shift bell boy came to our room without the trolley early morning. He only helped me with one bag while I struggled with the rest and seemed more interested in just inspecting the condition and contents of the room on check out. The horrible/sour women at the hotel would never say hello, would ignore you and would be more interested in playing with her mobile phone then acknowledging you. What a shame! On a good note the younger bell boy on day shift is very nice/helpful. The older gentleman on day shift reception is also nice and maybe he is the manger, because the two female staff have a different attitude when he is on duty. The hot water boiler for the room only holds 20 litres of hot water and will only lasts for a 10 minute shower, then goes cold on you. The bath in the room is useless, because the hot water boiler tank can not supply enough water to make a bath. The bed mattress is absolutely rock hard.
