Great place! Nice and clean, the location was great with easy access to everything in Rome. We loved the terrace. It was so nice and quiet to relax there in the evening. Liza responded quickly to our questions and was very friendly. We can definitely recommend this place and hope to be back.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main attractions and close to great restaurants bars and shops. Comfortable rooms, clean and well maintained. Nice roof terrace to sit on and enjoy the sun. Only issue was noise in the night, needs better soundproofing as can hear people coming in and out in the early hours. Sounded like people dragging stuff through the hall which woke us 2 nights in a row.

No working shower and the coffee maker is discusting even when flushed twice. They know shower was not working but they still rented the room anyway. Stayed for 3 nights using a hand held spray, had a very bad experience, no compensensation when I requested to be transfered to another room. All regrets. Will not recommend.

This was a beautiful find of a property. Has a smaller reception space that opens to a beautiful outdoor patio space. It is very centrally located (5 minutes walk from Spanish steps, 12 minutes from Trevi Fountain, and 30 minutes from the Colosseum and Vatican City). The surrounding shops are designers and loads of restaurants in a block radius. Such a great price for the location. In most other cities, this would be ~$300-$400 a night. Was newly opened and such a beautiful remodel/build. I hope they keep the same level of cleanliness, service, and pricing. Such a great find indeed. I feel in love with Rome and am looking to come back to stay in this property or one of their others (if its about the same price and location). Also, was able to communicate with the receptionist via WhatsApp which was helpful.

Never any staff around or available and awful customer service. Got locked out of our room and called to speak to manager and she said something in Italian that we didn’t understand and then called me an idiot and laughed whilst I was crying. Was locked out of the room all night and only got back in because we happened to find a spare key in reception. Had no contact all night, she was dodging calls from us and other residents staying at the hotel and even the police tried to help us with making contact. Very unsafe place to stay.

Great location, and cute place… but just needs some extras in service. -Took 30mins for someone to meet us on arrival, not happy when you’ve been travelling for 24hrs and preordered a time slot. So standing out on the streets. - no soap in the shower - they don’t provide shampoo/conditioner or milk for the complimentary tea/coffee in your room - thin walls so you can hear what your neighbour is up too - icing on the cake was the ant problem in our room, which got into our suitcase 😡 They didn’t really seem to care about the service and definitely not apologetic. They must run a few accommodation locations around the area, as reception is not maned during the hours they state, instead they are running in and out from one place to another.

A very disappointing experience and little understanding from the hotel. Upon arrival at Telier Belsiana, the room was so heavily fragranced that I began experiencing breathing difficulties within approximately five minutes due to my severe asthma. My girlfriend also suffers from migraines that can be triggered by strong fragrances. We therefore had to leave and find another hotel late at night. We notified the hotel immediately via WhatsApp. Nobody was available at the property to help us. The hotel later confirmed that they use fragrance sprays in the rooms but refused a refund because we had not informed them of our health conditions before arrival. We had no reason to expect such an overpowering fragrance. This was not simply a matter of disliking the smell; I was having difficulty breathing and could not remain in the room. We even offered to pay for one night if they would refund the remaining nights, despite having spent only a few minutes at the property. Unfortunately, we experienced no willingness to find a reasonable solution. They have since stopped responding to our follow-up messages, leaving us feeling ignored and the matter unresolved. The most disappointing part was the lack of understanding, assistance and communication in a difficult situation. This resulted in additional expenses and a stressful start to our holiday. Based on our experience, we would not choose this hotel again.
