Quarto muito longe do elevador, qualquer probleminha tinha que ir até a recepção, pois o telefone não estava funcionando, cansativo! No site do hotels.com estavam com 2 camas, uma de casal, que por sinal, muito pequena, e outra de solteiro. Chegando lá, uma cama de casal apenas. Vista para uma obra, café ok. O freezer não estava funcionando, até a gente saber que tinha que estar no 220v. (obs: estava com o plug no 110v, que em Sergipe a voltagem é 110v). Aí de curioso eu ligo no 220v, queima! A colcha da cama que a gente se cobre absorvia todo ar gelado do ar-condicionado. Enfim, essa estadia não foi a das melhores. Ainda bem que foi apenas por uma noite.

No quarto o as opções de travesseiros são ótimas, os colchões já deixam um pouco a desejar. Muito barulho de aparelho de ar condicionado e paredes vibrando com barulho de bombeamento de água, não há isolamento acústico nenhum. A localização do hotel é muito boa também.

Comodidade e limpeza. Queria apenas pontuar que o chuveiro não é bom, o mesmo precisa ser mais forte. Vi que além disso boa parte dele estava entupido, o que dificulta mais ainda sair a água. Como já fui cliente de vcs deixo aqui o feedback para que tenha essa melhoria e que seja trocado o chuveiro. Em relação ao resto perfeito. Café da manhã é muito bom e cheio de opções.
