La habitación cómoda y limpia.. solamente omiten avisar que es self check in y que para llegar hay que subir muchísimas escaleras.. el desayuno.. complicada la llegada y la salida.. así que si no viajan extremadamente ligero no lo recomiendo..

Al estar dentro de la muralla lo hace único y muy lindo. El lugar es limpio, tiene cocina, y el servicio es bueno. Para llegar hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras por lo que es importante viajes con poco equipaje de lo contrario se vuelve tortuoso llevar tus maletas a la habitación. Estacionamientos cercanos exageradamente caros.

El hotel es muy bonito, el servicio a cliente excelente, la persona que limpia, no hace limpieza general el piso permaneció sucio a pesar de reportarlo.. la vista del balcón espectacular, sólo que llegar al hotel es subir muchísimos escalones, más 3 pisos para llegar a la habitación.

Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available.

It was amazing! Right in the heart of downtown. As two women travelling it was safe to walk at night. We have high standards and they met them lol. Alen helped us with our luggage. Which was great because we would’ve fallen down the stairs. It would be difficult to find accommodations where you don’t have to haul up stairs. It has air-conditioning, which is key for summer and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The property was beautiful. We’re very happy with our stay and would recommend!

For the price we paid, I was disappointed with the room. The room had great AC but our safe wasn’t working, we didn’t have hand towels or washcloths, no robes or slippers. The check in office was not on site. The room had steep steps to get there so it was a struggle to carry our luggage up. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I would not be booking this hotel again due to the location with lots of steep stairs.

Central location to the old town. However getting to the hotel was hard for us with suitcases due to a lot of stairs. The uber driver dropped us at a location where getting to the hotel was a nightmare for us. My recommendation is that you get dropped off right at the entrance of old town and take the first alley which has 5-6 larger steps to roll or drag your suitcases if you have them, that way you will prolly have to only take 34-35 steep steps versus for us it was harder. But overall responsive staff and clean place. Opening and closing the magnetic door was some work !

A beautiful light, airy, modern room with a comfortable bed. The views over Dubrovnik are amazing! Breakfast was adequate: good quality but not much of it. If you are not fit then the steps will kill you! If you only have hand luggage it will be fine but we were there as part of a two week break so we had big cases. Then when we went inside we had to drag them up another 45 stairs. They need to do check in differently: rather than getting to the accommodation then going to check in at their office, check in should be first and bags taken up for you. It’s not a small amount of money to stay there so I think that’s the least they could do. When we left I asked for someone to take the bags down, which they did, but when you’re arriving you have no idea of the amount of steps you have to contend with. So my advice is go and check in first and get them to take your bags up. Unless you’re super fit, then you’ll be fine! Also, if you’re a light sleeper the don’t stay here: the church bells chime through the night and at 6am they do a jolly little jangle! I didn’t sleep a wink.
