We will always stay here!!

This will be our 2nd time staying and its perfect every time. Friendly service, quick and easy check-in and out. Clean rooms and great size pool. Breakfast was nothing fancy but had all the essentials and hot food items to choose from. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Good place won’t break your budget

Recent change of ownership but all was fine. We used the pool and hot tub and they were fine. I did the mini golf and it was ok by me. It’s close to everything. Takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach. Reasonable prices.

The only good thing about this place was that it was pet friendly. Other than that it was run down and overpriced. The pool and hot tub were gross. The staff were rude and unresponsive. We pulled into the parking lot to see a taped on sign over the old hotel sign. The rooms were disgusting and the staff barely cleaned the rooms each day. Do not come here.

Ocean shores

First off, the staff was very helpful and friendly, but the place itself needs a lot of TLC. My room was right next to the back door, which kept slamming loudly throughout the night as people came and went. The bathroom toilet was leaking, and when you sat on it, it wobbled so much it felt like it might break. The bed was far too soft, which made it uncomfortable for me—though if you like really soft beds, this might be the place for you. I also noticed mildew on the curtains, which gave the room a musty smell. Breakfast was decent—they had very good biscuits and gravy—but that was the only real option, and many of the drinks were empty. It seemed like just one person was running breakfast, and they couldn’t keep up. That said, if you’re on a tight budget, this place could be a good fit

Nice but need more housekeepers

The hotel was very nice. It seems to have new ownership and very clean however, very much lacking in housekeeping members our second day we were out all day and came back in. Our room had not been made up noticed at 5:30 during check-in people wanting to check into their room and it wasn’t ready

Not the best

Door was not secure. Shower barely trickled. Breakfast no fruit, or daily products, yogurt. Not what was advertised at all. Kids did have fun in the pool and playing putt putt

Room condition was not worth the price

The bed was comfortable, the view was as expected, the room was clean other than the white towels being yellowed, but the condition of the room looked as though they needed to fire whoever was remodeling. The bathtub was painted on the inside and peeling as well as the grab bars inside the shower. The door to the room had to be slammed in order to close and the balcony door could not be locked as it would not close all the way. The outlet at the vanity was not usable. When plugging something in it would just fall out so the coffee pot could not be used. For the price per night I expected better but at least the bed was comfortable.

Average stay for couple of nights in Oceans Store

It appears that this hotel is currently under new management. While the reception area is well-maintained and presents a positive first impression, the quality does not extend consistently to the rooms. Our room had a faulty door lock that frequently became stuck, which was inconvenient. The breakfast offerings were minimal and lacked variety. The standout feature of our stay was the swimming pool, which was well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, aside from the pool and reception area, the rest of the experience was fairly average.

This property was fine. The lobby and common areas were clean. It does not have pretty landscaping or decor, but it is practical and gets the job done. The rooms could use some paint and wall cleaning. It was comfortable and peaceful, clean and friendly. Very, very simple.

The rooms were small, but clean. They had a wash station outside so that you didn't track sand into the hotel. Breakfast area was large, but amount of food was not suitable for the amount of people. Many hot bins were empty, fruit bowls empty, and only a few slices of bread. Breakfast hours were 7 to 930 and we went at 815. Overall not bad for a single night stay.
