A basic hotel frayed around the edges but ok if you just need a bed

Lovely helpful staff, a nicely appointed room including a jacuzzi style bath, easy parking and a 5 minute walk into town. A good cooked breakfast buffet too. Also right next to The Victoria pub if that's important to you (it was for me)

Great place to stay. However the halal breakfast was disappointing with "Turkey Bacon" and "chicken sausages".. I am English and live in England so would expect English foods to be offered and the halal as an option.

2/10 Mala

Awful place to stay! Very run down hotel. With only 1 bedside cabinet. Rusty radiator, very drafty room. Dirty bathroom bin. Damp wallpaper. No working bedside lights. No mattress or pillow protectors. Sheets that don't fit the bed. Very old dated tatty furniture. Very noisy banging doors all night.

The room a little dated but was a good size and clean. It had all of the basic facilities you would expect, except there was no refrigerator, which was surprising. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is situated in a quite, but convenient location.

Staff extremely welcoming and friendly lots of parking could have better options for breakfast eg different prices like for example beans on toast or eggs on toast not all the same standard breakfast prices

All was okay. Considering there was no A/C in the room a standing fan was already provided which helped

4/10 Regular

Room was dirty, hairs all over the bathroom, wee on the floor, cobwebs, dirty windows too. They must have forgotten to clean the room before I got there. Previous week my room was ok... Not stayed again. Over priced!

The car park was next to hotel room was clean with coffee and also bottles of water. Nice selection for breakfast but not much selection for evening meal .But because the information in the room wasn't updated it said the restaurant was closed and didn't find out till the last night.

Clean and comfortable room. Decor a bit tired and needing maintenance. Staff were lovely and helpful. Went on very hot day and the rooms were super heated due to glass windows in corridor. Would return but on a cooler day!

Upstairs in room 15 and the other rooms along the corridor, the banged when closesd. It wasn't the residents fault, it was just the way they closed. The only fault I could find. The staff were friendly, room was clean and bed comfortable, quiet and peaceful too. Tea, coffee, biscuits, shampoo, shower gel etc were all good as well. They have a bowls club behind the hotel that you can watch or maybe participate if wanted. This review is for upstairs room 15... Very good
