Room was clean & comfortable with well appointed amenities. Staff was amazing & friendly. Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!

The Inn is freshly new. Large rooms with comfy beds and pillows, a soaking tub and all the small amenities that make a stay pleasant. The staff at the Inn and restaurant were helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my check out wait with a latte off hours. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! From the room, to the restaurant, and to all the staff, it was all very welcoming. The room had lots of nice touches we didn't expect, like the noise machines and heated floors in the shower room. Super cool touches all around. The aesthetics of Coppervine Restaurant & Inn were beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location on Poydras is perfect if you want to be close to the Superdome, and the area offers plenty of great restaurants, nightclubs, and entertainment just steps away. Their complimentary breakfast was also a highlight — we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning, taking in the view of Poydras while we ate. Overall, a wonderful stay with a great atmosphere and convenience all around.

We just stayed at the Inn and it was beautiful! What I love the most are the staff. They’re very welcoming, helped us out a lot and made everything in our stay perfect! This was, by far, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, purely because of the exceptional level of customer service we received. We were in town for Jazz Fest and to celebrate my birthday, and from the very beginning, everything was outstanding. During our stay, we did have what could technically be called a “minor” issue with the A/C in our room- except it wasn’t minor at all. It never worked the entire four nights we were there. However, the way Innkeeper Lane and his team handled the situation completely exceeded every expectation we had when it comes to hospitality and customer care. They took what was truly a major inconvenience, one entirely beyond their control, and turned it into something we barely even thought about. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so comfortable and so well taken care of that we simply cannot speak highly enough about our experience. Kudos to the owner for building such an incredible team. Beyond the service, the hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous. Every design detail was thoughtfully executed, the food was amazing, and the staff made us feel like family. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making my birthday trip so memorable

The staff was so friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful in welcoming us, sharing their extensive knowledge of the history of the property, and in ensuring dinner reservations in the restaurant on an extremely busy nearby concert night! The property was spectacular combining historic architecture with an eclectic contemporary vibe. Our hotel room was beautiful, spacious and quiet. Loved the bathroom decor! Our dinner was excellent starting with a delicious Louisiana crawfish beignet appetizer suggested by our waiter. We recommend highly! Regret we left super early and missed the breakfast! We will definitely be returning for hotel AND restaurant!!!

From the moment that we checked in with the Host at the restaurant entrance to being escorted to our room and even our dining experience was amazing. The property is vibrant, calming, and relaxing. The King Corner Room that we stayed in was just what we needed from the walking rain shower, to the modern take of a claw foot bath tub and even their floor to ceiling curtains made it seem like home away from home. The mini refrigerator was filled with all New Orleans snacks available for purchase and even their handwritten note gave it an amazing touch to our night. We enjoyed their restaurant down on the 1st floor and decided to dine in which was the best choice. We sat outside with an amazing breeze and indulged on some Tuna Tartare which absolutely my favorite, then had the Gulf Shrimp Risotto with their signature Copper Vine Pino Grigio and lastly ate their beignets which were delicious. Did I mention that if you bring the white Copper Vine Carafe in your guest room they give you a 35% discount on any of their signature Copper Vine wines at the restaurant. Since you are a guest as well you will receive 10% discount on your meal as well which for us was amazing not because of the discount but because Chef Amy and her staff whip up some delicious dishes. I have to give thanks to Lane for preparing breakfast for us in the morning as we sat outside on the balcony taking in the views. Thank you to the whole staff for such a custom and personal stay. We will definitely be back.
