Such a great location. The rooms were so clean and nice. Loved, loved the pool and it is rare to find an over 21 pool. So calming. So relaxing. I WILL be back.

This “motel” was amazing…not at all like any motel or motor lodge you have stayed at! The grounds, the rooms, the service was all fantastic! The attention to detail all around the property was impeccable and the service was amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful 2nt. stay at The River Lodge. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable including bed and linens. The in-room fireplace made it extra cozy. The grounds and staff made it very relaxing. We used the 21+ pool and hot tub each day as well as enjoyed sitting and eating at the outside bar each night. A really nice vibe to the property and would definitely stay again!

We stay here every time we head to Paso Robles. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Good pillows, bedding, and fluffy towels make a stay so much nicer. The pool is fun, and the restaurant is good too. Overall, a good value, and we will be back for another stay.

What a relaxing place to stay in Paso Robles - did not feel like a roadside motel, it felt more like a swanky desert oasis! We enjoyed hanging out in the pool and using the facilities. Staff was friendly and the poolside music was terrific!

Second visit to River Lodge Resort! Love this property so much, it is truly a hidden gem tthat selfishly I dont want to many more to learn about it. It falls in the quanint, stylish botique catagory of motels and may not be for everyone. But if you want a chill Boho relaxing Cali vibe that is not over the top and subtly perfectly comfortable with good food and drinks on site, as well as nice pool atmosphere, this is your spot. Hope they continue with the 21 and over pool area as it really does keep the enviroment so enjoyable for the style of this resort!

8/10 Muy bueno

We spent two nights here for our anniversary. Hotel design is beautiful, lots of attention to detail and thoughtful touches. We loved the hammock on our patio and comfy mattress. Only thing is, we we're a bit disappointed the jacuzzi was out of order, as we were looking forward to unwinding there in the evening. The hot coffee in the lobby each morning was nice, we sat by the fountains and enjoyed the quite morning on the property. Some additional pastry options would have been appreciated. Overall, a very nice experience, pool area was fantastic!
