We had a wonderful stay at Pousada Serra da Bocaina! The place is surrounded by a beautiful garden and offers stunning views of the surrounding hills. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit, homemade cakes, and great coffee. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room was very comfortable, with a good bed and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The only small downside was that there wasn’t a really comfortable chair or lounge area to sit and read a book for a while. Overall, it’s a peaceful and charming place — we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for rest, nature, and great hospitality.

We had to be changed from one room to another, due to the plumbing condition of the first one. In both rooms the temperature was cold, the hotel has not changed their A/C units to heating, even though it is winter in the Southern hemisphere, and was cold at night in those two nights we were there.

Por toda a pousada a todo momento sentíamos cheiro de limpeza! Um cheiro maravilhoso. Os quartos são do tamanho ideal para ficar confortável. Não muito clean/moderno, mas os móveis planejados são novos! Café da manhã com variedades na medida. Perfeito para um café completo. As carolinas recheadas são maravilhosas, cream chease de ótima qualidade, enfim.... Vale a pena!

A pousada é excelente, arrumada, limpa, organizada. Ambiente muito agradável, parece uma chácara, muito boa para famílias. A localização também é muito boa, não fica no centro mas não fica longe. 10 minutos ou menos de carro para o centro histórico. O café da manhã é básico mas tem o necessário e é gostoso. O quarto é confortável, arrumado, com ar condicionado que funciona muito bem e gela rápido e também um ventilador de teto forte. O ponto fraco foi só o chuveiro. Para colocar na temperatura que queríamos, sempre era muito complicado. Ficamos 4 dias, mais de um banho por dia, e ainda assim não conseguimos regular bem a temperatura do banho, sempre demorava muito (ou ficava muito quente, ou ficava muito frio). Foi a parte chata. Só por essa parte daria nota 9, se não era 10.
