I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service and conditions I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the hotel was not prepared to meet even the most basic expectations.
We arrived well before the confirmed check-in time of 8 AM, yet were told by reception that our room was not ready. Despite waiting in the reception area, the room was still not ready by the scheduled time, forcing us to wait longer without the opportunity to freshen up before our planned excursion. This is completely unacceptable, as we had made the necessary arrangements well in advance.
The situation only worsened the following day. After returning from an early excursion, we discovered that we had been moved to a completely different room. The new room was in a deplorable state – filthy bed sheets, dirty linen, no towels, and no toilet paper. The room was far from the “recently refurbished” standard advertised; instead, it was covered in mold, dirty, and far below acceptable standards. The hotel as a whole was in a terrible condition, far removed from what was portrayed on your website.
When we raised our concerns with the manager, asking for a full refund so we could find alternate accommodations, we were rudely refused. The manager insisted that the room had been kept for us and that no refund would be offered, showing no regard for the poor state of the facilities or the discomfort caused.
