I would like to complain about two things;
First of all, we arrived with suit and dresses to my son's wedding, and it was not a hanger for clothes in one room, in the wardrove there was not any bar to hang clothes.
Second and more important. Yesterday 11.09.2018 we went to pay the three rooms, to have everything ready to go today 12.09.2018, but the receptionist told us that everything was paid by hoteles.com, and that hoteles.com should have taken the money from us (what was impossible because in our bank account we did not have any charge), but we asked to the receptionist 3-4 times and she repeated all the time that the payment was done and she could not take the payment. Today 12.09.2018 I had the taxi in the door of the hotel to go to the airport, and I went to just give back my key and the receptionist told me to pay (first was told that everything was already paid). I had to call to my son to translate by phone, and explain the situation, because otherwise I was treated as if I did not want to pay. Thanks to that I call to my son and he explained the situation to the receptionist, we could go to the airport on time, but the receptionist was translating to me to spanish that I needed to pay. I was ashamed, nervous, and thinking that I was going to lose the flight, because I had to pay. Finally my son came later to pay, he lost his working time to come to hotel and pay. This is unacceptable and dissapointed and I'd want some compensation or official apologizeDis
