The check-in process itself was smooth, and the staff member at the desk was helpful. Unfortunately, the room experience was the complete opposite.
When we got to our first room, the pullout couch was clean for the kids, but when we went to use the main bed, we found ketchup stains and a french fry between the sheets. This clearly showed the bedding had not been changed. We went downstairs, showed the front desk a photo, and were quickly moved to the room next door.
Before settling in, I checked the bed in the second room, and found someone’s work ID inside the sheets. At that point, i was livid and tired. I requested a room on a different floor, assuming the same staff member had cleaned both rooms. We were moved again, this time to a smaller room than what we originally had so it was inconvenient for our family size, but at least the sheets appeared clean.
I tried to file a formal complaint, but was told no manager works on weekends. I was promised a call from management on Monday, but no one ever reached out.
Overall, the cleanliness issues were unacceptable and made it very difficult to feel comfortable for the rest of the stay. While the front desk staff was polite and responsive, the housekeeping concerns and lack of follow-up from management mean I cannot recommend this hotel.
