Rent hostel, venlig personale, stille om aftenen. Gode faciliteter, billig morgenmad og snacks. Det er et hostel, så du bor sammen med andre og deler køkken. Hvis det er det du vil have er stedet her ideelt. Vi boede på separat værelse men der er også mulighed for at overnatte i sovesale (separat for mænd og kvinder).

Arrived to check in as per the booking at 14:00, unable to check in until 15:10 - reception unhelpful about this delay and just said the cleaner had started late. Room was pokey, it did not have the amenities specified on the website, there was a long list of rules and fines. It had a glass door with a curtain, but lots of noise as it was in the middle of the kitchen and common room. We were refused a move to any other room. The reception staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming. We moved to a different accommodation as the room was terrible. This is only the third time in 25 years of travelling that I have found the accommodation to be so poor that I have not stayed and moved accommodation.

Billigt og centralt. Det er bestemt godt, at der findes billige alternativer til hotelovernatninger og andet. Jeg havde forventet et mere personligt værtsskab, når nu vi befandt os i en kirkesammenhæng. Personalet var, efter min mening, meget anonyme. Der var mange nedskrevne regler, med ting man IKKE måtte. Det gik desværre ud over følelsen af at føle sig velkommen. Morgenmaden var inklusiv i prisen, men desværre ikke særlig spændende. Det virkede som om, at der skulle spares, og der blev igen sendt et signal til gæsterne om, at de ikke skulle tage for meget; små kopper, små skåle med yogurt, ét æg pr. person osv. Mit forslag er, at Sjömannskirken sætter prisen lidt op, så gæsterne ikke skal få dårlig samvittighed, hvis de er meget sultne.

Gemytligt hostel

Ett trevligt hostel centralt i Narvik. Vårt rum var litet men hade allt som förväntades. Trevligt med lakan och frukost. Köket nar lite slitet och stekpannorna har nog sett Diana bästa dagar, men annars fungerade det fint.

This is a really nice basic hostel. Great staff. Comfortable bed with good bedding supplied. Good shower. Nice common room areas. Great breakfast included in the price. Although it is between the road and the railway line I slept well.
