This was a very convenient place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming. We had a good meal in the restaurant. I would have thought for a relatively expensive tarriff, the room should have been serviced each day.... bins emptied at least.

The Deluxe Safari tents were fantastic. Very grateful for the heaters. Very much a great ‘glamping experience’.

The new cabins were extremely warm in winter. Bedding was excellent and kitchen facilities great. The design of the living space looking out to the ranges gave great views. Having an extra table on deck was a bonus .we flew over Lake Eyre with Chinta air which took off from the Station. So convenient and a great day out . The Woolshed restaurant is a great place to have a glass of wine at the end of the day or stay in for a meal. Your cabin is fully equipped if you’d prefer to cook at home. Highly recommend Rawnsley Park station !

Can’t fault Wilpena Ponds Resort. Check in was easy & staff very helpful. Our room , Brachina was very comfortable. We had dinner both nights in the restaurant. It is not a 5 star resort, but remember you are in the Australian outback & to have something this comfortable is amazing. Would recommend & stay again

The room was way too basic for the price. A bed but no seating area . Just 4 plastic chairs and a table. No microwave just a kettle. I think maybe a minifridge can’t recall.clearly set up for coach tours coming in and overnighting. no evening entertainment or activities and very small basic restaurant again not somehere you would hang out. We were there winter so dark comes early. The hikes from there were stunning however . And we loved the national park itself. Just would have liked some free guided activites or talks etc available. It was all very expensive if you wanted that .

This was in a beautiful setting. We had a room with a kitchenette which was very useful. Breakfast and lunch in our room and dinner at the lodge. The staff was extremely helpful. They were even able to provide change for a larger bill so I could do laundry. We went hiking 2 days on very well marked trails. The store had souvenirs but also practical things needed including fly nets!

ABSOLUTELY the best choice to see the Flinders Ranges. The property was incredible. Easy access for walks/hikes, restaurant, reception. The coffee is VERY good! Haha. Friendly reception staff with the perfect info for 4WDing etc. I would go back there in a flash. I am in love with the Flinders and it was thanks to the staff. Oh the food! Oh and the wine! Delicious!!! Thank you!!!

No cleaning of rooms, no changing of bed linens or towels unless specifically requested on a 4 night stay. No sound proofing between rooms, cars parked outside your bedroom. Area is gorgeous, wildlife amazing. Limited options for accommodation and food.
