They said we can check in at 3:00pm, but the room cleaning has finished about 20 min later. When we went up to the room, I found several shopping bags with full of hangers and some groceries near elevator, thought somebody lived in the room and left late. When we checked out, they asked us to wait about 10 min more and sent staff to check the room before return our deposit. Then they called us and told they lost hangers which supposed to be in the room. I could not believe their attitude. They took out those stuffs, put in front of the elevator like trash, somebody maybe took it. And ask us if we took it. OMG. I have experienced the worst hotel service ever, and influenced our mood on the day. Please be professional, take care of your stuff and be responsible of your attitude. You guys were so rude. How come hotel make customer wait so long because you didn’t finish cleaning on time? And what is that attitude doubt about your lost?
