A pleasant stay, the best value for money hotel I found in my one month stay in and around town. Highly recommended, be aware that getting to and from the hotel takes time, the roads are rather messy to say the least.

Awesome place

Amazing small hotel in the mimboman neighborhood. Though a little out of the usual business district i was amazingly surprised by the quality of services and comfort. They staff was one of the best in a system where customer service is almost nonexistent.

I had the opportunity of lodging in Cincinnati Hotel from March 5-March 9, 2024. The Hotel was very Clean, Rooms very comfortable and the food was wonderful, Furthermore I liked the Professionalism of the Hotel Staff during the Check in process and making my stay a memorable/ Pleasant Experience. I Highly recommend the Hotel for Foreigners and Locals visiting Yaounde, Cameroon for either Business or Pleasure. Thank you Expedia and Hotel Cincinnati.

Staff was very nice but could not communicate properly in English. In any case, the lady in charge made every effort possible to understand me. Room was very clean. Excellent shower (being in other hotels in Cameroon where water was a problem). The main problem with the hotel is the location, which is far from an avenue and on dirt streets. That is a downside for a hotel that, in other location, would look much better.

Jeg valgte hotellet, da der var annonceret en swimmingpool, men den var der ikke. Det var meget varmt og så tænkte jeg, jeg ville tage et brusebad i stedet for. Men der var slet ikke noget vand i hanen eller bruseren. Jeg kom endda en dag inde i mit ophold. De sagde, at de ville fikse det og da jeg spurgte igen, at det var fikset, hvilket det ikke var. Det blev først fikset om aftenen, altså 2 dage inde i mit ophold. Som kompensation ville de tilbyde taxatransport, hvorhen, jeg ville. Chaufføren ville vente og køre mig tilbage også, sagde de. Næste dag var jeg så med deres chauffør ind til et lille museum. Han bekræftede selv, at han ville vente uden for. Museumsbesøget varede 30 min. og da jeg kom ud, var han der ikke. Jeg ventede 1,5 t. yderligere på at han skulle komme tilbage, hvis han var kørt, hvilket han ikke gjorde. Jeg måtte selv finde tilbage, hvilket var meget svært, da ingen taxachauffører kender stedet. Om aftenen bad jeg om en transport til et spillested. Det måtte jeg selv betale. Jeg betalte også entre for chaufføren til spillestedet, for at han ikke skulle smutte.
