The facility was very clean and staff was polite and Friendly.
However, we were very upset with a few things. We were not informed ahead of time that for two days out of the three that we stayed there there would be no hot water from 9-5 as they had to replace the boilers. One of the days there was not hot water from 9-7. Plus they were cutting vents outside right below our room..i am 73 years old and wanted to lay down one afternoon for a bit and the noise was so bad that I could not.
Secondly, we had no bath towels. We had hand towels and face cloths. My husband got out of the shower and he could not find any bath towels.
Third, there was no where in the room to charge our phones or iPads. Most hotels have a place in the bottom of a lamp, etc to plug into.
Fourth, if we wanted wi-fi it was $5.95 per day. Come on now. Ever where we have ever stayed it was free.
Lastly, they charged us $20 per day when we checked in in case we messed up the room which they said we would get back when we left. We did get it back, but nothing was said about that either when I made the reservation.
Very disappointed with some of your policies.
