You generally get what you pay for. The riad is very centrally located, with short walking distance to most places, which is a big plus.
The rooms are of an acceptable standard, but I would recommend avoiding the rooms in the annex, as they are more basic and there is quite a lot of noise there.
The cleaning was good, but we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper several times during our stay, which brings down the overall impression.
The staff at the reception and during breakfast were friendly and service-minded. Unfortunately, we experienced that the management did not follow through on what was promised, which was disappointing.
There was a good breakfast served on the rooftop terrace, which was a nice touch.
The pool is mainly decorative and not really suitable for swimming.
We would gladly return to Marrakech.
