The worst Holiday Inn Express we've stayed in. Elevator door would close no matter if you tried to keep it open, which is a safety concern for elderly and kids (my FIL's hand was almost crushed trying to keep it open for his wife). The room door had a piece of painters tape on the jamb so it would close. Side door on the first floor that you need a card to enter, wouldn't close.

The staff were wonderful! We arrived very early morning after driving all night, and the staff did everything they could do to accommodate us - even telling housekeeping to let us sleep and not disturb without being asked. The beds were comfortable, AC was cold, good breakfast, and great coffee

You can tell the property management is trying to re-establish but on a two night stay I left after the first night. Pests everywhere like tenants, the bottom floor hot as it was outside! Not worth the hassle

I only stayed overnight after a work function. The room looked like it hadn’t been clean. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair everywhere and debris on the carpet. Instead of staying later the next day and work in my room, I left without showering. I didn’t even get a WiFi password, my room number was given to me on a sticky note.

Staff was friendly but rooms were not cleaned everyday, no new towels, dead wasp on the floor from when we got there until we left. Breakfast not stocked very well

This was the worst experience we have ever had. There was mold in the shower, trash behind the bed, trash still in waste baskets, water had collected at the bottom of the refrigerator and was frozen solid, hair in the beds. When my husband complained the girl looked asked what our room number was and when he told her she said, "oh that room is on our list of not to use"?! Are you kidding me??? She said she would pass along all of our issues to the owner along with the pictures he sent her and the owner would be contacting us. That has yet to happen. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!

Stayed 4 nights over my grandsons birthday. Changed from nearby hotel to this one solely due to advertised indoor heated poo. Pool as well as the room it was in was freezing making it unusable. My adult daughter mentioned this fact to the front desk only to be told we could pack up and go to another property if we weren’t happy. Not good customer service! Also during our 4 night stay our room wasn’t turned down once nor were addl linens given without asking at the front desk. On top of this we had a live wasp in our bathroom. Breakfast was hit and miss with their pancake machine only working one morning.
