Wonderful views from the terrace at any time of day, e.g. breakfast, lunch, or dinner. To be honest, the breakfast selection itself wasn't thrilling to us, but this is a matter of taste.

Hotel was a little past its best, felt like it needed some tlc. The pool area was not very accessible. Breakfast was average. Staff were ok but not great. Views from the hotel were exceptional though.

Quarto limpo. No geral nota 7,5.

Both nights we stay there we had no Wi-Fi our room doesn’t have signal for Wi-Fi. We could get it throughout the rest of the property. Besides, thatStaff was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. My location of the property is amazing as well. It’s close to everything.

A Magical Stay on the Amalfi Coast! Hotel Villa Fraulo in Ravello exceeded all expectations. The views from our balcony suite are simply breathtaking — the panoramic vistas over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the coastline are unlike anything I've ever seen. Waking up to that scenery every morning for four nights was an experience I'll never forget. The suite itself was incredibly spacious — well-appointed, elegant, and with the tower balcony adding a truly special touch. It felt like a private retreat high above the world. Ravello is the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and Villa Fraulo's location on Via San Giovanni del Toro puts you right in the heart of this stunning clifftop village. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a romantic, luxurious stay on the coast.

2/10 Mediocre

Avoid — hotel felt closed for the season, with zero consideration for guests Great location in Ravello and excellent views from the patio. Sadly, the positives end there. We stayed 25–27 October, shortly before seasonal closure. Rooms 105–106 were very dated, with bathroom mould and plaster peeling off the walls, and directly beside the road. Wi-Fi did not work. Breakfast was sparse, in an unlit room, with no milk, spoons or offer of tea or coffee. After a first night disturbed by bins, engines and road noise, we asked to move somewhere quieter. Reception dismissed our concerns and refused: these were the rooms we had paid for; others had been cleared for winter with furniture in storage. At 5pm, the bar, dining room and patio were unlit. The manager eventually appeared, said he was not a barman and attempted drinks, which we helped pour. The second night was worse. At around 3am, an articulated lorry arrived to collect 20 Ducati motorcycles parked on hotel property directly outside our rooms. It reversed with lights flashing, then left its diesel engine running for another 2–3 hours. This was planned activity the hotel clearly knew about. With the hotel virtually empty, placing us closest to it—particularly with a young child—was immensely inconsiderate and disappointing. Refusing our request to move made it worse. Closing preparations should not take priority over paying guests’ experience or sleep. Basic consideration was entirely missing. Not 4 star.
