Not a bad place nice pool area, unit was clean, area seemed safe & close to a lot of things.

The hot water was like warm at best. The grounds were in need of attention.

It was such a cute and nice place to stay, went for a quick little weekend trip and the room was perfect for it! The pool was a nice feature, and during our stay the pool area was pretty quiet which was nice. Cleaning staff was friendly and I was able to get into our room a little earlier. When I called and asked about getting into the room earlier, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and happy to help.

Clean, comfy, and affordable.
Great room, comfy beds, and clean. Just wished the room was a little bigger and the restroom was bigger. It was a pretty great place for the price and a 2 night stay. Lovely pool, though I didn’t use it and ended up going to the beach instead. I would definitely stay there again but the pictures are a little deceiving because I thought my room would come with a kitchen. Staff were also super friendly and nice!

Getting in to the complex was difficult. It takes a code to open the door and it was supposed to have been emailed to us. It wasn’t and getting it was time consuming and irritating to be waiting with all bags in the alley.

Cute guesthouse, conveniently located to areas of interest. Reminded me of a Melrose place type of establishment. I had guest house number one. Large bed, refrigerator microwave large bathroom. Did not receive welcome email with gate code, but was able to quickly get the information by calling the number and the email was immediately sent.

No Bad For Discount Price.
Location was great. Access was confusing without an on property check-in person. Access codes were not sent prior to check-in, had to call guest services number to gain access code(s)! Email was lacking information. Once I was able to gain access, then no issue with property. Room was adequate (albeit mold smell). No extras such as coffee maker, disposable cups, et al. Small refrigerator/microwave was provided.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay, the only concern I had was I never saw a staff member to request clean towels.

It was perfect for the night before our cruise. I felt extra safe being in a gated area. Bed was comfortable, shower was big. Definitely staying again!

Brief stay in Las Olas
Place was super cute! However there was water running constantly in the bathroom and the air conditioner was quite loud. The bed was very comfortable and the water was HOT. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Super cute place! Would recommend replacing the broken toilet top and providing more coffee. There were two of us for two days with only one serving of coffee.

The help on the phone and housekeeping lady were very nice and helpful. Actually felt safe and comfortable there which isn’t always the case at rentals. Cool, affordable and friendly. Nice pool area

Great place to stay just needs a little work!
Very cute place. The bed was comfortable. It's very Floridian. Yes it's a little rough around the edges it needs to be kept up a little better. But the staff was wonderful the pools heat it I loved it.

2/10 Poor

The outside of the property was dirty. No real Staff , you got to call to even enter the property. That when they give you an access. Around the corner was room 5 with a dirty shopping cart in front of the door way. Tried going up the street and there were some homeless men that creates fear in the room. Thank God I decided let me see how the first day would go before I committed so I was able to move on,
VERNICE, 1-night trip

Don’t bother
Stay somewhere else. Only pros was the free off street parking and the Publix, Walgreens a half block away. Otherwise room was tiny, bed way too soft, toddler sized bath towels and no hand soap. Courtyard looked great in photos, dump in reality.
Gina, 4-night trip

You get what you pay for!
The building is an old apartment building split into smaller rooms…our room was intensely small, including the bathroom and shower, and there was nowhere to put stuff—no shelves in the bathroom, no dresser, no closet!
4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Arrived to our room and the door key was dead. Called guest services and they led me to the manual key box and that code did not work. They moved us to another room and the door barely shut and it was filthy. The TV did not work along with the TV remote that was covered in sticky grime. We ended up leaving and buying a hotel room 5 minutes down the road.
Abbey, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was a nice small place for my friend, and I to lay our heads for the night. However, it was a bit of a walk from the beach so we did have to Uber, but Ubering was very easy. The staff was very nice. My one complaint would be the bathroom was very small and got extremely humid. Every time we took a shower it never aired out fully. There would also be puddles of water on the bathroom floor that went nowhere and there was no counter space which was a struggle with two girls and lots of make up.
Katelyn, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

Property was poorly maintained. Needed painting, cleaning and sofa had large stains and smelled. Floor was very dirty and had not been cleaned. Stairwell leading to unit 6 was severely rusted and needed major work. Wood fence around facility was extremely rotted and being held up by ropes and bungee cords. I would in no way recommend this property.
