The staff were very laid back. The room had not been cleaned very well although the beds were clean and comfortable. A friend had recommended the restaurant but the night we are there the salad bar was days old.
For a small very remote town exceptionally good facilities, room and service
The son of the owners is an amazing young man with overwhelming hospitality skills - and the speed at which he works would shame many of the population!!!! Food disappointing and more expensive than Mataranka Hot Springs. Accommodation good for a few nights. Close to magnificent Bitter Springs and Mataranka Hot Springs - have camping facilities also. Grounds well kept.
People there were lovely, we had a perfect afternoon with the kids. They got to swim and feed the fish, we got to relax with a cold drink after a very long drive. Food was delicious and just a perfect environment for dinner. If we are in the area, I would stay again
We loved our stay here, lucky to be there a Saturday where they had outback country entertainment this balmy evening in the open air restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful and prices reasonable. Would definitely stay there again if going back north.
Housekeeping of the rooms very ordinary - no shower doors and dust all over the room. TV not working as well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great. Overall the property has a great territory feel and the close proximity to Bitter Springs really capped it off.
It was a great place to stay great customer service and good food. Stayed in a twin cabin... bathroom a bit dated but very clean. Comfortable all round. Will stay again.
We were not given any information about the place at check in. The shower in the room took a long time to get hot water, and then was very sporadic. The shower head was not good, very calcified and only a few jets of water were coming out, one of which actually hurt to stand under. Room was comfortable enough, small but as expected.
Good location and layout with great service - short drive to Bitter Springs
