Todo fué un desastre desde la llegada, fui por una boda a la cual no llegué a la ceremonia por su culpa, dejadez e incompetencia, nada más llegar al hotel me lo encuentro cerrado, sin nadie en recepción y sin indicación alguna de que hacer para poder entrar, después de unos 15 minutos esperando y llamando a dos números de teléfono que encontré por internet sin respuesta alguna pude entrar a la recepción gracias a una pareja que salía de este, después de esto pasó una hora intentando contactar con alguien a través de los teléfonos sin respuesta, y gracias a un chico que bajaba de su habitación que me informó de que la persona a cargo estaba en una habitación que me acercara y le preguntase, después de conseguir dar con él que al pobre hombre lo pillé en medio de la siesta… (IRONÍA), ni le aparecía mi reserva… tuvo que llamar a la que creo que era la dueña que tampoco sabía nada ni me habían enviado el correspondiente correo que debían haberme enviado al confirmar mi reserva con el número de habitación y código de entrada al hotel, en fin lo que viene siendo una experiencia desastrosa por parte del personal inexistente del hotel.
