Mixed experience during our stay
We had a one-night stay at this hotel, and while some aspects were positive, others fell short.
Pros:
The check in process was smooth, with a friendly and efficient front desk attendant.
The bedroom appeared clean, and there were no issues with bugs, unpleasant smells, or general cleanliness.
Cons:
The TV didn’t work beyond the guide channel, and we were informed it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day—after our stay was over. This was disappointing as we had two children with us, and entertainment was limited.
The room phone didn’t work, so we had to use a personal cell phone to contact the front desk.
While the room was generally clean, cobwebs on the bathroom light fixtures indicated a need for a deeper clean.
I tripped over an exposed bed frame, which resulted in a cut on my leg. The other bed in the room was fine, but this was an issue. A manager came to take a photo but didn’t seem particularly concerned.
Overall, while our stay wasn’t terrible, the unresolved maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail left us disappointed.
