Room was in a well maintained condition, clean and tidy. The breakfast supplied was amazing and would recommend. We stayed midweek and the noise levels from the bar wasn't an issue. The staff were lovely and friendly. The bar access was a welcomed bonus, friendly patrons and new poll table.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay, although room was a bit snug, it was clean and comfortable and had full length mirror and plenty of plug sockets which is always good. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from ... delicious fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal and cereal bars, every spread you could think of for toast and the cooked breakfast was really tasty, again with lots of choice. We would happily stay again if visiting Amble in the future 😊

Lovely little room (7), perfect for one person, overlooking the river and meadows. Fantastic hot powerful shower - always helpful when you are walking - and fabulous breakfast with loads of fresh fruit, cereal and a cooked meal. The lady owners are a joy
