My wife and I were so excited to celebrate my MBA graduation with our 3-month old daughter. With working full-time and multiple baby breaks, we showed up around 8p, only to find that there was no room available to us. After 3 calls, we finally got on-call staff to tell us such, noting the Expedia message went to their spam folder. They had nothing to offer us, and we were forced to book a hotel twice as expensive and 20 minutes out of town. After trying to work with staff after the fact, still nothing to say for it after months of trying. Leaving this terrible review and sharing our negative experience until Fairway management does something to sway this unhappy customer.
